You can cancel, change, or pause your subscription at any time before the renewal period begins. However, no pro-rata refunds are provided for changes made during an active subscription term.
For Enhanced, Premium, and Elite subscribers, Istria.Holiday manages bookings, processes payments, and sends booking confirmations to guests. For Starter subscribers, you manage bookings and payments directly with guests.
With Istria.Holiday, there are no booking fees or commissions on any bookings made through the platform. Unlike traditional online rental agencies that charge a percentage of each booking (sometimes between 10-15% per booking), we charge only a fixed subscription fee. This allows you to keep 100% of the revenue from each booking, minus any applicable taxes or fees.
Booking terms are standardized across Istria.Holiday for consistency. However, you can set custom house rules that will be added to the booking terms. These rules should be provided during the onboarding process and will be included in your villa’s listing.
Istria.Holiday does not handle security deposits. You are responsible for collecting, managing, and resolving any disputes related to security deposits directly with the guests. Ensure your deposit requirements are clearly outlined in your villa’s house rules.
Payments from completed stays or cancellations are transferred to your designated bank account on the 15th of each month for all stays that ended in the previous month.
If your subscription payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment again. If it remains unpaid after 10 days, your subscription will be canceled, and your villa listing will be removed from our platform. No future bookings will be processed until the subscription is restored.
Yes, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. However, no pro-rata refunds are offered for changes or cancellations made during an active term.
If you cancel your subscription, all future bookings will be processed according to our Booking Terms and Rules, but no new bookings will be accepted. Your property will be removed from the platform until you reactivate or choose a different plan.
We provide an integrated booking calendar. You can either link your main calendar to our platform using an iCal link or use our calendar as the primary one and integrate it with other platforms. Accurate calendar management ensures potential guests can see real-time availability.
