For Enhanced, Premium, and Elite subscribers, Istria.Holiday manages bookings, processes payments, and sends booking confirmations to guests. For Starter subscribers, you manage bookings and payments directly with guests.
With Istria.Holiday, there are no booking fees or commissions on any bookings made through the platform. Unlike traditional online rental agencies that charge a percentage of each booking (sometimes between 10-15% per booking), we charge only a fixed subscription fee. Payments from completed stays or cancellations are transferred to your designated bank account on the 15th of each month for all stays that ended in the previous month.
If your subscription payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment again. If it remains unpaid after 10 days, your subscription will be canceled, and your villa listing will be removed from our platform. No future bookings will be processed until the subscription is restored.
Yes, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. However, no pro-rata refunds are offered for changes or cancellations made during an active term.
If you cancel your subscription, all future bookings will be processed according to our Booking Terms and Rules, but no new bookings will be accepted. Your property will be removed from the platform until you reactivate or choose a different plan.
